Fred Weaver - Charitable Remainder Trust
Fred Weaver bought a beautiful home in Oakland overlooking Lake Temescal. Along with 3,000 other homes, it burned to the ground in the 1991 Oakland hills fire. Barbara Deasy - Charitable Gift Annuity
Bob and Barbara Deasy moved to Spring Lake Village in 1986. Before Bob passed away in 2006, the Deasys traveled extensively throughout Eastern and Western Europe.
