Harry's Charitable Gift Annuity

Harry Bartels is a resident of our San Francisco Towers community. He received an undergraduate degree in engineering and a graduate degree in Physics. He retired from Ford Aerospace in the late 70's.

Prior to moving into the Towers, a southern California college introduced him to the concept of increasing his income and saving taxes through charitable gift annuities. Harry responded by setting one up with this institution and followed this deferred gift with several other gift annuities to other charitable organizations including Episcopal Senior Communities.
